Spring has sprung

James, Lucy and I spent a delightful few hours at the Lucas boys birthday party last weekend. Sadly, James was a bit out of sorts... and spent the next 3 days home sick with a fever :(

I just ran into these four Santas, strolling through downtown Norfolk and playing "Jolly Old St. Nicolas." I suspect they only keep playing because their lips are frozen to their horns.
